Exchange Policy
Volcus Store Management is committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience and to protecting consumer rights in accordance with high standards. The exchange policy applies according to the following terms:
First: Exchange Period
The consumer has the right to request an exchange of the product within a period not exceeding seven (7) calendar days from the actual date of receiving the product. Any exchange request submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Second: Conditions for Accepting an Exchange Request
To accept an exchange request, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in completely good condition, with all its accessories, and in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
- The product must not have been used, and the consumer must not have obtained any benefit from it.
- Volcus has the right to inspect and examine the product before completing the exchange process to verify its condition and compliance with the stated conditions.
- The consumer shall bear the shipping cost related to the exchange process within the country.
- In the case of international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and the responsibility of delivering the product to the shipping company.
- If a manufacturing defect or an error in sending the product is proven, Volcus Store shall compensate the consumer according to the approved procedures.
Third: Cases Where Exchange Is Not Allowed
The consumer is not entitled to request an exchange in the following cases:
- If the product was manufactured based on a special request by the consumer or according to specific specifications, except in cases where a defect or non-compliance with the required specifications is proven.
- If the product shows a defect resulting from misuse or improper possession by the consumer.
Return Policy
Volcus Store Management seeks to provide a fair and flexible shopping experience and allows consumers to return products according to the following terms:
First: Return Period
The consumer has the right to request a return of the product and cancel the contract within a period not exceeding five (5) calendar days from the actual date of receiving the product. Any return request submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Second: Conditions for Accepting a Return Request
To accept a return request, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
- Volcus has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return request to verify its condition.
- The consumer shall bear all costs related to the return process within the country.
- In the case of international returns, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and the responsibility of delivering the product to the shipping company.
- If a manufacturing defect or an error in sending the product is proven, Volcus Store shall compensate the consumer for all costs, including shipping, according to the approved procedures.
Third: Cases Where Return Is Not Allowed
The consumer is not entitled to request a return in the following cases:
- If the product was manufactured based on a special request by the consumer or according to specific specifications, except in cases where a defect or non-compliance with the required specifications is proven.
- If the product shows a defect resulting from misuse or improper possession by the consumer.
