Exchange Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within one (1) days of the date of receipt. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after one (1) day.
2- To exchange a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and for handing the product over to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured at the consumer's request or according to specifications they provided, except for products that are defective or do not conform to the specifications provided by the consumer.
If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to them by the store within (1) days following the date of receipt of the product. This right expires after (1) days.
2- To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.
3- The consumer bears all costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
